I am an Admin on our Freshservice.  I created a dashboard and assigned it to one of our Agent Groups for the Group Manager to be able to edit and make a Team Specific Dashboard.  The manager has a Supervisor Role.  He does not have an edit option for the dashboard.  What permissions are needed to edit and customize a dashboard?  This is not the analytics, but the dashboard

I guess that for this work, the Dashboard should be created by the Group Manager itself.

I haven’t tested it though.

The Group Manager doesn’t have permission to create a dashboard.  That is part of the issue.  What permissions in the role settings is needed to create a dashboard?

Oh. I’m on my laptop now and I have just tested it. I haven’t noticed it before. Yes, it seems there are no permissions (other than being admin) for this. This is a shame. It sounds like a great FR / ER I’d definitely vote on.
