Hi,

I’m currently trying to test the status page in our sandbox. I’m trying to create a new service , within the services option. Under Managed by group it says ‘ No results found’ 

 

However I do have agent groups configured within the sandbox to.

It mentions the following: 

**Step 2: Configure services

 

Once you create and publish your Status page, you can configure the services whose health status you want to post about. You can do that by clicking on Configure Status page > Add services – individually or grouped – to publish on the Status Page.

 

Note: To be able to add services, you will first need services to be configured for your account. Learn more. **

However when trying to add a service In get the issue as per first screen shot. Where I cannot add or have no options under managed by group.
