Hello,

I would like to know in freshservice, how can I do a list view by service item ?

This field does not exist in filters.

Can I add this field to use ?

I need to know tickets by service items.

Thank you.

To set the tag, did you just use the WFA to make the tag?

Hello, Far as I know there are no way to do that built in.

What we have done is to set a tag on the ticket using the name of the service item.

Hello Daniel,

Thank you for your answer.

I did a new Ticket Field using Field Manager (e.g. item) and set with an item name in workflow automator.

It is working but we will need to use this for all items and redo all list view when new item was created.

I think Freshservice need a native solution for some fields like this. There are only a few fields for filter in list view.

It’s better to use a tag with the service item name  then you can create views on that.

Yes, when you set the tag I use the placeholder for the service item name.
