we use German as language, when someone delegate approvals the info mail is in English and there ist no way to change it.. does anybody know a solution for this problem?

if you add German to the langue's you can create a template for delegations in different languages, if a users language is set to german the system will send the mail in there language

no I talk about the mail a user gets when someone deleagtes approvals to him. Like “hello person B, person A added you as delegatee” or something like that. Can’t stop this mail and can’t translate it into German.
