UI does not work on iPhone

I had no success using this product on my iPhone. I went to the log in page (which was formatted very poorly for mobile). Once logged in I just got 3 blue dots flashing in sequence and it never loaded the dashboard. I tried 5 or 6 different times and on LTE and WIfi

Hi Brian,


Can you tell me the name and version of the browser that you are using on your iPhone?. This will help us to locate the exact bug.


And also, i understand your concerns about the mobile-browser version of the freshservice website. We have submitted our iOS app to the App Store for review. It will be out shortly.


We just received the approval for the Freshservice iOS app and it is out in the App Store. Please give it a spin.. :)

Can you please check whether the issue still persists after wiping the browser's cache and completely quitting the browser (remove the browser app from the current list of running apps) ?.

Our trial instance does not render well on a Samsung Galaxy S5 SM-G900P running Android 4.4.2 in Chrome 35.0.1916.141 either (attached).

Thanks Narain, the Android app looks great but I expect that most customers will visit the mobile version of the site, so it would be helpful if it rendered correctly on their devices.

I understand your issues. We are in the process of revamping the UI for the mobile browser. Once the new UI comes out, the existing problems will be solved.

Radheshyam; this thread and the link to the app made me a little too happy.


I started with my current company and I was tasked with putting in a Service Desk application and I swear I thought I was going to have to go through another Zendesk implementation!


I found this application and seriously have not looked back, I'm soon happy with it!

Can you improve the UI on mobile please. It's still poor. Instead you created an app for Android and Apple but ignorant that you haven't done the same for Windows.


Please don't say market doesn't demand it. 3 years ago Brian asked for this to be mobile friendly and today it is not. I say fix that or start making an app for every device. Thank you.
