Unable to Download Task List in Freshservice

I am unable to download the list of tasks from the system. I need to generate and receive a sheet containing the tasks, but I do not see an option or functionality to do so. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

hi ​@Mahdi.abuhait you can download all your tasks via the analytics module in FS.  I’ve attached a quick how to.

Dear ​@ITMike 

Thank you for your response. I believe this is a missing feature in Freshservice, as there is no direct export option for tasks like we have for Incidents, Changes, and Problems.

Additionally, not all users have access to the Analytics module, which makes it difficult for some team members to generate and download task lists. It would be great if Freshservice could consider adding a built-in export option for tasks to improve accessibility and usability.

@Mahdi.abuhait I’m the admin of our Freshservice space so I can manage those rights.  You would need to find your companies admin and they can enable that feature for you, under whatever profile rights they are giving the agents.
