we get bouncebacks when sending the new ticket notifications to some alerting services we use and want to stop new tickets being created.
is there a way in freshservice to ignore undeliverable email notifications?
we get bouncebacks when sending the new ticket notifications to some alerting services we use and want to stop new tickets being created.
I also find this annoying when we create tickets using the FS System account. My assumption here will be a worflow automator that says
Event: When ticket is raised
Condition: Requester is ‘any’ of (and then list those requesters)
Action: ‘Delete the ticket’

I also had a look at skipping the new ticket notification for certain email addresses, I’ll try that first and let you know how that goes.
thanks for the suggestions. I skipped the new ticket notifications for email addresses. now to work on stopping some close ticket notifications!
