I’m racking my brain on this one but trying to create a simple service catalog item and workflow to allow users to update their Business Number in Azure AD. The Azure Orch - Update User only has Mobile Number not Business Number field.
Am I missing something here?
Does anyone else manage Azure AD with FreshService have a solution for updating the Business Phone number?
