I'm trying to access Analytics in Freshdesk, but I'm encountering an issue Why is this appearing on my module in Freshdesk, even though I have a role in the Analytics module?

@Vinnnn Did you manage to resolve this? I am facing a similar issue where I see ‘User Authentication failed’ when attempting to access Analytics and also on the Today’s Trends section of the Dashboard.

I have the top level admin role.
