Using Webhooks within Workflow Automation using API v2 with Freshservice to update custom field

I have created a new field in the Field Manager  / Ticket fields and named it “Resolved by”.

 

Want to prepare a workflow antomation in case tickets are either closed or resolved, by triggering webhook and updating the custom field “Resolved by” with agnet name/ agent ID who closed/resolved it.

Screenshot enabled. Any idea what is not correct in here? Thank you all.

@DamirAtSennder it has to be a PUT not a PATCH
