When using Whatsapp proactive campaign in freshservice and sending a message with an image I receive Media format used is unsupported, even though the image is a PNG/JPG.
Any one come across this?

THE SAME HAPPENS TO ME, THE IMAGE IS PNG FORMAT. BUT I GET AN ERROR. HOW DID YOU SOLVE IT?
