When replying to a ticket the system automatically puts a thank you signature, sometimes with another persons name

Sometimes when replying to a ticket it shows a different persons name automatically above your name.


Lets say Jonny Appleseed is replying to a ticket.  Sometimes the response fills a completely different name in….
