Whitlist an email address to avoid going into spam

We have a number of cases that come from the same customer and each time it gets stuck in spam and is not handled within the desired time.
We check spam several times a day.but we need a solution so we can whitelist the sender and avoid it getting stuck in spam ....

Anyone know how?

Hi.

Did you check the sender is correctly registered and not deleted? Cases received from “deleted” contacts/requesters via Email are treated as Spam.
