I wanted to see what integrations with Workday people had, and how they’re leveraging them within Freshservice.
Internally we’ve been told by the team that manages Workday it’s not possible but I’m unsure if that’s due to a lack of integrations or lack of knowledge around the product from the team.

Workday uses an XML (and I think Oracle) backend which means data coming out would need to be converted - which is a bit of an annoying hassle in 2022, What we ended up doing is getting the workday data into our datalake, then creating custom query from that since it was way easier than working with the clunky Workday mess
We of course use it for Onboarding and Offboarding events, and (wip) updating our directory for job changes and access roles
