i want to close all connected incidents if i close a Problem. there is a default workflow but this is not working
i have to close the incidents by hand, after this i can close the “problem” - how can i fix this

Could you please add some extra details from your workflow (settings in the individual nodes)? We are running a similar workflow that is working as expected, this seems like it should work.
Our workflow:
is this something to do with the Closure Rules? Maybe you need to untick the “Associated incidents are” box?
