Has anyone set up a Workspace for their HR department? Any tips or tricks you are willing to share? The HR team is going to want complete confidentiality for their workspace. Is this possible?

    Hi Michael, 

     

    We are working with HR in their own workspace now, they have complete confidentiality except for the administrators of the system (me and one other), we have signed documents to ensure confidentiality but need access due to setup. 

     

    The only tip I would say if you link tickets then understand other area’s can see ticket titles but cannot open ticket details. Also if HR move to other workspace where IT is then that is their own fault for sending the ticket to them. 

     

    Otherwise our HR team are super happy with the discretion in the product
