Hi Team,

Im just curious, why some our requestor sometimes encountering this kind of warning,

 

“ your not allowed to access this page”, this is showing after successfully login.

Hello @raymondcanilao do you have more than one form of login capability enabled? For example are you using Single Sign On? Also can you verify if the requester account email has been verified in freshservice?

Hi @raymondcanilao This might happen if the requester account has been blocked in your instance or if their profile email was updated recently. However, if a user keeps receiving this error message but is not deleted or deactivated, please contact our support team and they can help in getting this checked with our engineering team.

Thank you Rajagopal. gonna check on this. i noticed im getting this error if i open the Freshservice on the another different tab.
