Regarding the reporting extraction of agent status extraction of data. It only shows the Unavailable and Inteliassign Active but not seeing the plotted statuses.

Regarding the reported issue with agent statuses in reporting, are you not able to see the statuses you have configured in your helpdesk? It would be great if you can elaborate more on the issue with relevant screenshots to help you accordingly. Also, please share your account URL with us for better reference.
