Hi all,

I would like to seek your help. I would like to apply a rule that only major incident manager can close a major incident. The technical owner can resolve it, but not close it.

However, there is a close button on the screen and there is no option to disable it. Not sure if anyone know the solution.

Has something changed since this was posted? I have created the same rule but the Close button still works and no error message pops up.
