dynamic content placeholders values using api

Hi,
Is there any api in freshdesk, which gives me the dynamic content placeholders values?

ex : {{ticket.status}}

Use case is i want to create an app in which i want to replace all the canned responses dynamic content placeholder values.

I don’t know why even if i write the dynamic content placeholder in reply it is considering placeholder as normal sentence/string ,not filling the placeholder.
