I'm new here, so please bear with me if my question seems basic.
In the Freshdesk knowledge base, can we attach a document to an article in such a way that it doesn't appear at the bottom of the page, but rather beneath a specific paragraph? Thank you in advance for your understanding and help.

As far as I know, attachments are only added at the bottom of the page by default. It does not seem like there is an option to add attachments beneath a specific paragraph. But you can do a workaround by using hyperlinks, or even using button-like images and making them into hyperlinks.
