Hey, 

I'd like my chat to open on a full page to redirect my users to the chat rather than the contact form. Does anyone know if this is possible?

We currently do not have a way to open the widget for the entire browser page, But there is a way through which the chat widget will open automatically when the page is loaded. You could try the steps mentioned in the below article for the same:
