Hi all 

It seems that we are having some trouble with our Freshdesk account not sending out emails from any of our agents. All emails show as “undelivered”


It has been like this for almost a week at this stage.


Looking at the support channels here, it seems that this may potentially be linked to our spam rating
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
