In our screenshot, you can see the Company as PairSoft Internal and the Contact as PairSoft Internal. However, Samuel Texidor actually created this ticket. There is no option to filter and see the tickets that are created by Samuel Texidor.​​​​

Interesting finding and suggestions.

As matter of fact, I believe that such filter is indeed currently not available.
