Hello,

 

   I’m in the process of trying to update our main categories, and I was curious if anyone had done this before and if they were able to hide/disable certain dependent fields. We want to keep these fields (as opposed to deleting them) for reporting purposes.

   I have reviewed the apps below; however, none of them meet the requirements of what we’re trying to accomplish:

  • set ticket field options.
  • disable fields.
  • hide fields.

Yes, you may use Dynamic forms, which are available only for Pro and Enterprise Plans.
