When I have set “out of office”, a popup appears in the corner down right. It hides a button “update” and i cannot close it:
 

 

How to deal with it?

"Out Of Office" status indicates that the agent is not working, and their profile should reflect this when logged into during OOO.

This is the expected behaviour and this cannot be modified.

it is not the point, that the popup appears. BUT it hides the button “update”!!! Is that really  expected behavior?

We understand where you are coming from and can see that this is a blocker. The idea of Out Of Office  pop-up is that the agent is out of the office and not working today.

We acknowledge the appearance of the situation, but from another perspective, the agents do not work while out of the office, and if they need to work, it is required that they must clear their schedule. That being said, there is a little space to choose the button below the pop-up.
