We have several customer who we help and the more tickets they create, the more help they get meaning that is it worth the invesment that they made hiring us.
We’d like to know if there’s a way to know if a customer hasn’t created a single ticket in the last 7 days.
I’m pretty sure this can be done with reports but I’d like to know if there’s another option :-)

Hi Manuel,
Please trigger ticket export for last 7 days and an export the entire list of contacts.
Comparing these would give insights about who all haven’t created tickets in the last 7 days.
