Is it possible to add multiple Companies to one ticket?

No, it is not.
One contact can belong to multiple companies, but a ticket must belong to a single company.
Just wondering:
You posted on FreshDesk forum, but tagged your inquiry as FreshService, but are using the term Company which can be FreshDesk or FreshService MSP mode.
And also curious: Could you elaborate the use case?

We are an ISP and need to put multiple company to a ticket when something si wrong. Can create multiple tickets and connect them, but that will be much more job.

I understand. That’s quite a good use case.
I guess that would change a lot how the product is designed, but I’d suggest to submit it as an Idea (in case it does not already exist) and share the link to vote on it.
