Hi, I am utilising the Document Template capability. Once a request is raised, there is a manual step for the agent to autogenerate a Document… can that task be automated? say to begin once a previous task has been completed/ or a status has changed?

David from the product team in Freshservice. We have released a feature that allows this to happen automatically provided all the fields on the document template are mapped. There is an option to turn this on on the Service Request.
