Hi all,

We’ve made an integration using freshdesk/freshservice api and that all works great. The next step I was investigating is whether I could iframe our companies phone or chat widget inside of freshworks freshdesk/freshservice. I didn’t find any related docs when googling so I’m unsure if it’s possible, but any help is appreciated!

The other way around is possible:

You can add a FreshService widget to your site, so your users / visitor could submit requests/cases directly. This is available in Admin - Channels.

 

Just mentioning for this is something you would be interested in too.

Not necessarily a bad thing but something I’ll have to mull around and think about. :)

 

Since this question, for those looking for a similar answer, and didn’t notice the reply until now, I’ve tried some of the widget adding flows that were in freshdesk in particular, but those did not pan out with what I needed. It looks like it’s related to only forms and articles and not custom iframes.

 

I appreciate the above however, and if anyone has any other insights, those are also greatly appreciated.
