Knowledge base - Style template | Freshworks Community

Hi,

I’m struggling right now with the headings style with the knowledge base articles.

I want to know if there is a way to have kind of a template but for the Paragraph format (Headings, normal, quotes,etc).

I would like that when I create a new article, that my heading 1, for example, already has the right font, the right size, and the right color.

Right now, I have to do it all manually and it takes forever.

If there is anyone who figured out how to do this. I would really appreciate it

What we currently do is create the articles in MS Word and then copy and paste; all formatting goes pretty fine.
