I’ve had experience setting up the Google Calendar app to work with a time field in the Ticket Fields, which will place a meeting notice on the due date in the Agent’s Google calendar.  I was hoping to do the same thing with a Microsoft user, but the Office 365 Calendar app only supports Tasks, Changes, CAB Meetings, and Allow agents to schedule meetings with ticket requesters.  Why doesn’t it work with Tickets too?  Am I missing something?

I understand that you want to make use of the office 365 to update ticket fields. Please note that there are two apps one which syncs task and other allows you to change fields please do try the second app. Do check https://www.freshworks.com/apps/office365/ for more details.
