Our Account Administrator is retiring, and we need to reassign this role to another user. What’s the best way to do this?

I understand that you would like to re-assign Account Administrator role to a different user.

1. The current Account Administrator can update the role of other user to Account Administrator from Admin > Agents > Click on the specific agent > Edit > Role > Account Administrator.

2. If the Account Administrator had already left the Organisation, you can write an email to support@freshdesk.com and we will take it up from there.
