Hi All,

I’m coming at this having little knowledge of how to achieve this from a coding perspective.

Our business is trying to achieve the following process flow:

User logs into Support Portal > Support Portal presents the cards, Department A > D > User clicks on Department A card > Support Portal retrieves the Service Catalog items for Department A only

Similarly for any other department card selected. 

Currently, per standard functionality when I click on any of the cards the full list of Service Items is returned in the Service Catalog.

Appreciate any guidance.
