Hope you are doing well.

Like it shows the icon next to the VIP requester’s, is it possible to add one more icon for other general users?
 

We would like to identify some requesters when we see the icon next to their name on the FS dashboard.

Just wondering if there is a way to customize by adding one more checkbox like we have ‘Mark as VIP” (screenshot attached)?

We want to add something like “3 insurance claimed”.
 

Could you please advise?
