In Freshdesk you can create as many Metirics as you want, but you can only add 4 metrics per widget in the analytical reports, this makes the system very restrictive in generating meaningfull reports

We certainly agree that adding more than four metrics on widget filters would be helpful in generating reports. We could see an existing ticket created for this query and one of our agents helped you with a workaround to use the “group by” feature, which resolved your concern.

 

That said, we will move this topic to the ideas section so that our product team has direct visibility. We'll definitely make some noise when this is implemented.
