Hi All

Is there a way of creating\filtering a Ticket View or Report of all Approvals that are outstanding for an approver whether they are an agent or not?

I hope you're doing well.

Upon adding an agent, an email will be sent to the agent for account activation. The act of adding an agent is solely performed by the Admins and does not involve any approval from other Admins.

Can you let me know if I'm off base here?
