How do I update the signature in the autoresponder emails that are sent when a ticket is closed?

 

 

I think you can find this in “Admin”→ “Email Notifications”

Yes, @Paul123321 is right. You can navigate to Admin > Workflows > Email notifications > Requester notifications > Agent Closes the Ticket and change the content and signature as per your requirements. Please make sure to save the changes to reflect the same in the notifications. Hope this helps!
