I am having problem with my Vimeo link showing as a black square on my KB. 
I have tried adjusting privacy and domain settings  on Vimeo but it still says “There is no video.”

Is there something I have missed out ?

Our Knowledge base editors usually support the following video providers: Youtube, Vimeo, and Dailymotion. Yahoo, Rutube. For other video providers, we've to use the embed option. However, since you are already using Vimeo, would it be possible to use the embed code option? I have also recorded a videograb https://share.vidyard.com/watch/75jtPF3pa5JbCDNoFHSfUo?. Kindly check and see if that helps. Also, ensure to host your videos publicly.

Thank you for your advice.I  have watched your video and tried using the embeding option but still only showing a black square which saids for privacy setting the video cannot be played. 

May be I having some  issue on my vimeo privacy setting?
