The buttons should be above (where the arrow is) but now they have moved and are covering up my contact edit button, how can I fix this?

Does anyone know why these buttons are now coving the edit buttons when they should but up here (see arrow)

 

 


Hello @ogma sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. I am not seeing the same issue, so I would suggest doing a few things. First, I would clear your browser cache, try using a different browser, and make sure you don’t have any browser extensions installed. You may also want to check the screen resolution to see if that might be impacting it. Hopefully one of those ideas works for you.

 

@alyssia.correa this issue is within Freshdesk not Freshservice, if you could move it over to the right spot within the community, there may be some additional guidance available. Thank you.

@zachary.king I tried clearing the browser cache no luck so far.  I have to use google chrome per company policy, we also use browser extensions per company.  Resolution is at recommended and hasn’t change to cause issue.  I’m stumped

@mahendarsingh Hey, whatever you did worked!.  It’s back where it should be instead of over the top my contact details edit.  Thanks for all your help, this was driving me crazy! @alyssia.correa @zachary.king
