Hello,
I am looking for the ability to have a “Select All” option for a multi-select dropdown field. For lengthy dropdown menus, this would save the agents and requesters a ton of time when filling out forms. Right now we don’t even have the ability to select a default value, so users have to traverse the entire list when making selections.
Appreciate you taking this feature up for consideration.
