Ability to store responses as drafts that other agents can see

We often collaborate on tickets, and it would be good to be able to draft a response to a ticket which we can then ask other agents to check over before sending.

Apologies for the delay in getting back. You could have the agents draft a response and have it added as a Private note in a ticket that would only be visible to agents and can be used for reference.
