One of my service items included during the onboarding process is to create an ID badge for the new employee. This requires the new employee to submit a headshot photo to be printed on their ID badge. Currently I have not found a way with on the Onboarding feature allow the attachment feature to work. It will work as a single service item request but not in a Onboarding Bundle Kit.

To facilitate the attachment of a headshot photo during the onboarding process, you could create a separate service item specifically for the ID badge creation. Within this service item, enable the attachment feature. Once this is done, you can then incorporate this service item into the user's Onboarding Bundle Kit. When the user accesses their kit, they will encounter the form for the ID badge service item, complete with the option to attach their headshot photo

You can do this, however there is not a way to make the attachment required as the service item for the badge request would be optional as not all new hires will need a badge. How can you make it conditionally required on the onboarding module?
