Bulk delete tickets with specific search reference

Our user case is that we want to be able to bulk delete all tickets that reference to a specific search term in the search field (see attached file)

Is there any way to do this?

This is one of many items that have been suggested to no avail. Ive had to do this continuously manually.

After having a reporting tool go crazy we have over 3000 tickets to bulk delete. This is not easy at 30 pages at a time.

Freshdesk's team does not care about clients and the community. There's some feature requests waiting 8+ years for a solution, they absolutely have no idea about what a community driven product is. It's ridiculous that some basic features are not developed, or even planned. You can see how they are not willing with the community just filtering ideas that are "planned" or "in progress", you will find absolutely nothing.

Hello everyone,


I understand that deleting 30 tickets at a time is time consuming, but having more than 30 tickets in a single page leads to performance issues which is why we aren't increasing the threshold.


The workaround for this would be to use Time-Triggers automation. This can be used to delete any number of tickets that were created or updated in the last 30 days when the specified conditions match. But, the option to set the condition as subject is not yet available and this feedback has already been passed to the Product team.


Also, we already have a Feature request in place to delete tickets by filtering them based on keywords. Feature requests take time to go live as they involve a lot of scrutiny and testing. We'll definitely make some noise when this is implemented.
