Creating distribution lists for new tickets or emails

When creating a new email, and sending to more than onerecipient,  we have to add the email addresses manually each time. Is there a way to create a distribution list or group email for groups of email addresses that we email out to regularly?

Thanks for reaching out. 


You can use the 'Proactive outreach' feature (AdminProactive outreachEmail outreach) to notify a group of customers via email. You'll have to upload emails via a CSV file though.

I would also value the ability to create distribution lists in FreshDesk. There are frequent occasions where I need to contact the same group of people in my organization. Please add this functionality.

That being said, we'd love to explore the option of bringing out distribution lists as well in our product. We'll ensure to keep you posted when we get further updates.
