Display more than just Workspace / Category when searching for a solution from within a ticket

When searching for a solution from within a ticket, only the Workspace / Category is visible. Currently we only see IT (workspace) / IT (folder). We need to see the next level folder that these articles reside in. For example IT / IT / Company A (the name of the folder)
