Something I really need on hourly basis is to be able to edit the ticket fields from the table view
Without opening the ticket
As for now , I can edit the default fields , but not the customed.
Can you assist please ?

I agree, being able to change the "type" field in the table view would come in handy. That way we don't need to open tickets one at a time.
