+3Being able to extract a list of assets that are associated to a contract would be extremely helpful. Some of our contracts have a high volume of assets which we need to report on regularly.
If this feature is not able to be added to the Contracts module, could we please have this available to report on in the analytics tab??
+3I still feel this is a basic function for FreshService to add into the system.
It almost feels pointless to have the ability to tie multiple assets to a contract within the system but not be able to extract the list of the assets covered. Being able to either “Export” a .csv with the list of assets covered would be enough but this should also be a reportable function.
E.g. if we have Contract #230 coming up for end of lease, I should be able to report on that particular contract number and see all assets that are covered within that lease. Extracting this information, means that I can forward the information on to our leasing company to find replacements and also provide the upcoming replacement list to upper management.
