Bulk actions only work on 30 tickets at a time, and I need to update 2000+ tickets.

Thanks for the help.

On the off chance that you need to incorporate various open occasions with various depictions on a solitary page, another alternative is to make a few occasion postings.

Hello,

Have you tried using ticket automations for the same?

We can help you figure out how to set it up based on how you're selecting the tickets and the information you want to update. Could you please let us know what information you're trying to update for the 2000+ tickets? Are there any criteria for these tickets?

Hello Miguel,

You would be able to make new updates to any number of tickets that were created/updated in the last 30 days by using Time-Triggers automation. This can be configured by setting up a rule to update tickets with a set of conditions specified.

You may also refer to this article on Time-Triggers for clarity : https://support.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/207276-when-and-how-to-use-the-triggers-for-automations

Please feel free to write to support@freshdesk.com for any help with configuring the rule and one of our support ninjas will get back to you.

Cheers!
