I would like to upload images for a contact or company. This is not their profile image. For example, screenshots of their config files for our product. For that matter, it’d be nice to include images in a ticket.

Hi Kaley,

On the Freshdesk company pages there is a “notes” tab where you can leave comments, they support images as well. You can open a company from a ticket page and refer to it or copy and paste it from there.

In Freshdesk, agents can converse via replies and/or public notes. Replies are standard emails, similar to the emails you send from your mailbox. 

Freshdesk will allow tickets to be created even when the attachments are exceeding the limit - from the email service, we now allow tickets which have attachments upto 50MB to come in, however, all attachments above 20 MB limit will be dropped and this alert will be shown in the ticket - 'Attachment(s) that exceed 20 MB limit have been dropped.
